A yearly registration for before/after school programs is offered on Open House/ Curriculum Night in September. Parents must register their students and students are then selected through a lottery process to attend each program. Parents can sign students up for as many programs as available. All school programs are offered at no cost to MMES students and their families, thanks to a variety of grants.
After School Clubs
All Clubs meet in the afternoons from 3:45 to 5:15 PM. There are no clubs on Wednesdays. (Currently, all Clubs are on hold due to the worldwide pandemic.)

The Community School Initiative (CSI) grant is funded by the ABC Community School Partnership. The objective of this partnership is to provide elementary and middle school-age children opportunities to thrive in before and/or after school environments that encourage improved student learning, stronger families, and healthier communities. Funds from this initiative help to pay for many of our own after school programs.
